Tony Alexander began his career in the cleaning products field in 1987 when he became the Plant Manager of A&M Cleaning Products; better known by the product name of Greased Lightning. He also served as Vice President of Manufacturing/Distribution and latter as Executive Vice President. He resigned to pursue other interest after thirteen years of service.

In the early days of manufacturing Greased Lightning, things where not what some people might expect. There were no grand facilities, high speed filling equipment or fleet of trucks. Instead there was a metal barn (complete with horses) in which the product was manufactured. The truck used was a worn out C-60 Chevy.                                          

In those days being the Plant Manager also included working on the filling line and carrying the product to the warehouse on the worn out C-60 Chevy. In other words, doing what needed to be done.

Needless to say, the company has grown into a multimillion dollar company and Greased Lightning is now a household name.

When Tony left A&M, he had no interest in becoming involved in yet another cleaning products company.

But his days in the cleaning products field were not over and Tony says the product he is currently involved with (Mighty Boss) is nothing less than a gift from the Lord. That was what brought him back.
